But it's not always easy to let your colleagues know where they can contribute and how to do it. CANiFeedback: Continuous And Never-ending Improvement (or, if you prefer, "cannyfeedback") allows you to stimulate your colleagues to give their ideas to:

  • Improve efficiency
  • Improve their lot
  • Support specific development areas
  • Develop new products
  • Develop new markets
  • Stimulate sales or cross sales
  • Improve working conditions
  • And much, much more

How does it work?

  • Colleagues will receive a regular reminder to smoke out canny suggestions to help improve your suggestions. You can choose if you want to recognise it with any incentive
  • You can send another "Stimulator" email if you have a particular issue you'd like feedback on – eg: New product, New market, Issue
  • They submit feedback using the canifeedback website
  • All feedback can be submitted anonymously if preferred
  • All feedback is emailed to your delegates and collated into our system to make reviewing contributions easy
  • When you've reviewed a suggestion you can share it with other colleagues and rate its urgency
  • You can recognise the "Star Suggestion" each period
